This deal will see the WaveCrest brand partnering with the team’s headline act, the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) across multiple race series throughout their 2021 line up.

WaveCrest Networks Ltd is one of Europe’s leading emerging CPaaS operators building on its history in the global voice and SMS business. Today they provide multiple “co-created” connected solutions to businesses and are the company behind the popular White Calling, Planet Talk, Foocall and other major brands.

WaveCrest Networks Ltd, CEO, Chris Adams commented. “WaveCrest is delighted to be part of the Team HARD. family and the larger sports racing community. We share the same attributes of resilience, focus and achievements that drivers in this sport exhibit and we can only hope to enjoy a mutually benefitting relationship for many years.”

Tony Gilham, Managing Director of Team HARD. Racing is delighted to have a new partner onboard for 2021. “It’s great to have Chris and the WaveCrest team with us for the 2021 season. The BTCC has been a fantastic platform for partners to reach new audiences for years and despite the current global situation, this season is no different.

“The big appeal to new partners looking for brand exposure is the BTCC’s exclusive free-to-air coverage which is live on the ITV network. With viewing figures hitting 15.6 million over the course of the 2020 season it’s clear that the BTCC continues to go from strength to strength and we look forward to helping WaveCrest reach its marketing goals this year.”

The 2021 BTCC season was due to kick off on 3rd April before being pushed back by the championship organisers TOCA by five weeks which will see the UK’s premier motorsport series start it’s season on 9th May at the fastest circuit in the country, Thruxton, live on ITV4.
