Team HARD. Racing can today confirm an exciting new opportunity as an authorised dealer and fitter of Powerflex products. Team Hard. Racing can now offer a service to our customers whereby they can purchase directly from our new showroom at our HQ in Maidstone, order online through our shop and there’s the added option of having them fitted by our highly trained race mechanics in our workshop.

Powerflex is a well-established name both on the track and off the track. They’re the number one chosen suspension bush company in Europe and supply a variety of suspension bushes of different compounds depending on the customers’ requirements. They offer three types of suspension bushes which range from the purple range, which is their uprated road bushes, to their black range which is for track and race use. They also now manufacture a new range which is designed for classic cars, but they’re designed to be in keeping with the original grey bush look whilst offering superior quality over OEM.

EPTG Ltd (European Polyurethane Technologies Group) was formed in the UK in 1996 to take advantage of the significant advances made in the development of polyurethane in recent years.

The company has wide experience of automotive suspension and chassis systems and combining these design skills with advanced polyurethane manufacturing techniques led to the development of the wide range of high-performance automotive polyurethane components now known the world over by the product name Powerflex.

The company operates in a self-contained state of the art factory, manufacturing everything in-house.

The stainless steel components are machined on the latest computer controlled equipment to ensure perfect repeatability and quality.

The moulding and tooling, design and manufacturing are carried out within the factory ensuring very rapid response time to special projects and complete communication between development, prototyping, testing and manufacturing departments. Component manufacturing is carried out with the latest automatic processing equipment ensuring 100% right-first-time quality. Testing of new components is carried out both on the vehicle and on test rigs.

Powerflex were selected to receive a Queen’s Award for Enterprise International Trade 2013 and in December 2014 certified to ISO 9001 as a manufacturer underlining their quality and stature as a global exporter.

All of these factors combined make Powerflex the number one selling performance bushes in Europe.

It’s an extremely exciting time for us at the team and I’m looking forward to our future with Powerflex.”

James Bourn, Sales Director at Powerflex is excited for the future ahead.

“Having seen Team Hard. Racing as they expand their business and use their experience and knowledge to supply to the tuning scene, distributing some great performance brands, including Powerflex.”

The fact that they have used our parts previously in motorsport and will continue to use them in future race car builds, shows their customers that they really do stand by the brands they sell and we wish them every success in this new venture.”
