Team HARD. Racing is pleased to announce the return of a long-standing partner as Autoaid Breakdown returns as a title partner which will see the motoring assistance provider return as the naming rights partner for the team for the 2023 British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) season. The partnership will also see Autoaid Breakdown’s branding prominently displayed on the cars of Nic Hamilton and Jack Butel during the race weekends.

The partnership with Autoaid Breakdown will see the two companies work together to promote their brands and services to motorsport fans across the UK for the first time since the 2020 season. In 2020, Autoaid Breakdown was part of the title partnership package on the team’s Volkswagen CC’s in their final season in the series.

Autoaid Breakdown is a leading provider of motoring assistance in the UK. They offer motorists a range of breakdown cover options, including 24-hour roadside assistance, recovery, and onward travel. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Autoaid Breakdown has a reputation for providing reliable and efficient services to its customers. They pride themselves on their commitment to customer satisfaction and aim to get their customers back on the road as quickly as possible in the event of a breakdown.

The partnership was completed just in time for this season media day at Brands Hatch.

Tony Gilham, Managing Director of Team HARD. Racing, said: “We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with Autoaid Breakdown for the BTCC. This is a fantastic opportunity for our team to work with a leading motoring assistance provider and showcase their services to our fans and followers. We are also excited to have Autoaid Breakdown’s branding prominently displayed on the cars of Nic Hamilton and Jack Butel during the races. We look forward to a successful partnership both on and off the track.”

Darren Joseph, Managing Director of Right Choice Insurance Brokers Ltd (Autoaid Breakdown) said “It was important to us, that upon our return as a team naming rights sponsor in BTCC, that we partnered with a team, and pairing of drivers, who represent our own core brand values of reliability, trust and determination. The Team Hard Cupras are now in their 2nd season but it’s the first time we’ve appeared as a major sponsor on any of them, and so we really look forward to seeing what the 2023 season will bring, as well as working with Nic and Jack for the first time, and Team HARD. once again.”
